Atwood Lake
You are welcome to bring your own vessel and launch from one of our two public boat launch ramps, located near the dam off of State Route 212 and at the Atwood Dock Marina and Grill (East Marina). Marine fuel is available for purchase at the marinas as well.
No boat, no problem! Marinas West and East are proud to offer the largest selection of the newest and cleanest rental boats. You can choose from Pontoon Boats, Fishing Boats, Sport boats and Kayaks. We also rent Tubes, Wake Boards, and Water Skis. Rentals are available by the hour, day, or week and all required safety equipment is included. Check out all the wildlife throughout the bays, enjoy the numerous fishing “hot spots”, and simply cruise and float the afternoon away. Whatever your speed, Atwood Lake is a wonderful get-away!
Charles Mill Lake
Charles Mill Lake Park is situated on 2,000 acres in Richland and Ashland Counties. The lake has a horsepower limit of 10 and provides opportunities for sailing, boating and fishing.
State licenses are required for boating.
Clendening Lake
Don’t own your own boat, or won’t have it with you on your next trip?
You can still enjoy and explore Clendening Lake by renting one of our pontoon or fishing boats. Fish or just cruise around the lake. Rent one for a couple of hours, a day, or even a whole week. Leesville Lake

Pleasant Hill Lake
Pleasant Hill Lake, located in the heart of central Ohio’s Mohican Country, is widely known for a variety of outdoor recreational activities on the water including fishing, boating and water skiing. Unique to all of the MWCD Lakes, Pleasant Hill Lake has unlimited horsepower.

No boat, no problem! Pleasant Hill Marina offers ski tritoon, pontoon boat, kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals. Visit their website for more information including rates.
Seneca Lake
Boating is extremely popular at Seneca Lake. With the 399 horsepower limit and 3,550 acres of water, users have an abundant amount of area on which they can recreate. Ski boats, sailboats, pontoons, canoes/kayaks, and jet skis are among these various watercraft that share the water on the third largest inland lake in Ohio.
